Organic Bay Leaves, give off a pleasing and sweet aroma when added to dish. Bay leaves are picked and dried slowly under the shade away from direct sunlight in order to retain volatile essential oils. 

A very good source of many vitamins such as niacin, pyridoxine, pantothenic acid and riboflavin and a good source of minerals like copper, potassium, calcium, manganese, iron, selenium, zinc and magnesium

Keep bay leaves aside whilst eating, they have a tough texture and are difficult to swallow

Suggestions: brew into tea, use in sauces like bread sauce, in seafood, poultry, meat, rice, vegetable dishes, it can also be used in sweet dishes
