Organic Whole Nutmeg, used since ancient times, nutmeg and its oil were being used in Chinese and Indian traditional medicines

Nutmeg kernel are dried under the sun for several days to weeks, its shell is then cut open and the nutmeg kernel is then taken out.

Either grate or mill the Nutmeg just before being adding at the last minutes of cooking to keep its flavour and the highest nutritional value

Suggestions: sauces, soups, sweets, pies, cakes, curry powder, meat marinade
